Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through it's practice we can achieve deep and profound transformation in our total self. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation are highly effective tools for both physical and mental self therapy. They combine the sciences of body movement, sound current, mental focus and breath to effectively stimulate and bring the whole person into alignment . This allows the practitioner to consciously apply themself in every aspect of life and get maximum benefit and joy from each and every expereience.

Affective recovery from childhood, adolescent and adulthood traumas and addictions requires a renewed patterning of our lives toward our redefined personal goals. Trauma begins at birth. We hold both physical and emotional habits until we consciously apply our mind, body and spirit toward the removal and release of these traumatic energies.

We can work with you One on One to help you progress toward your highest and best self. We will help you identify your blocks and design a program to redirect yourself as needed.

We can also personally work with you to help you move
toward your specific goals adhering to a specific program.
